OVERVIEW
Welcome to ZenZone (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and store (the “Site”) to provide you with a curated online shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell products and services to you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies, govern your use of the Services. By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. ACCESS & ACCOUNT
You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You agree that all information you provide (billing, shipping, contact details) is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account.
2. PRODUCTS
We aim to present product details accurately. Minor variations (e.g., colour/tone due to screen settings; small measurement tolerances) may occur. Products may be modified, limited, or discontinued without notice and are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a refund.
3. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase under these Terms. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract forms when we dispatch the product and send you a dispatch confirmation.
Please review orders carefully before submitting. Cancellations are only possible before dispatch. Returns are handled under our Refund Policy [LINK].
4. PRICES, TAXES & BILLING
Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Unless expressly stated, prices exclude shipping and may exclude taxes, duties, or customs charges. You authorise us (and Shopify’s payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for your order total.
EU customers:
Prices may include VAT where applicable; otherwise, VAT, duties, and/or import taxes may be collected by the carrier or local customs on delivery.
Any cross-border charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
You agree to keep your payment and contact details up to date and accurate.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the goods to the carrier. If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at zenzone@gmail.com

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video, layout and compilation) is owned by ZenZone or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
7. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools and links we do not control. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and ZenZone. Shopify is not responsible for any purchases you make from ZenZone.
9. PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy [LINK].
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, some personal data may also be processed according to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
Please review both policies to understand how your information is collected, used, and shared, including cross-border transfers.
10. ERRORS & INACCURACIES
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies (e.g., pricing, availability).
We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel orders for such errors at any time without notice.
11. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes; to violate laws; infringe IP rights; harass, defame or abuse others; transmit malware; scrape data; engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive conduct; or circumvent security.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
12. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms.
Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, limitations, indemnities, governing law) will continue after termination.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated by us in writing, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for purpose, title, non-infringement).
Your use is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in such cases, the minimum required warranties will apply.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenZone (and our officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, savings, data) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenZone, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
17. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence (for example, EU consumers).
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
19. EU CONSUMERS — 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email). You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment.
You must send back the goods within 14 days of informing us of withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated. Please ensure goods are securely packaged.
Exclusions:
This right does not apply to:
Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
Personalised or custom-made products;
Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
20. EU/EEA LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you benefit from a statutory legal guarantee that goods must conform to the contract.
If a product is faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, free of charge, in accordance with applicable local law.
This legal guarantee exists independently of any commercial warranty.

22. EU ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)
If you are an EU consumer, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes:

We are not obliged to use alternative dispute resolution entities but will consider reasonable requests in good faith.
